We Inspect is a health focused environmental inspection company specializing in mold and water damage investigations for individuals experiencing chronic and complex health concerns.
We work alongside functional medicine doctors, integrative physicians, naturopathic providers, pediatric specialists, and chronic illness focused practitioners who are treating patients affected by environmental exposure.
When doctors cannot get their patients better, the missing piece is often the home.
We Inspect provides the data and inspection clarity practitioners need to help their patients move forward.
We are now building a stronger practitioner referral ecosystem across key regional markets. This role is central to that mission.
The Opportunity
We are hiring a Head of Practitioner Partnerships to develop and activate practitioner referral networks in priority markets.
This is a territory building, revenue generating role.
You will:
- Open new practitioner relationships
- Activate referral pathways
- Grow localized inspection volume
- Maintain and deepen high performing partnerships
- Work alongside founders initially, then take ownership
You will have SDR support for outreach and scheduling. You are responsible for relationship quality and revenue outcomes.
What You Will Drive
1. New Market Growth
- Identify high value practitioners in target regions
- Secure meetings and conduct educational introductions
- Establish trust based referral relationships
- Position We Inspect as a trusted extension of clinical care
2. Qualified Referral Volume
You will generate Qualified Local Opportunities, or QLOCs.
A QLOC is a practitioner referred patient who:
- Is located in an active or target market
- Is experiencing health concerns consistent with mold exposure
- Has decision making authority or access to the homeowner
- Has urgency and financial ability to move forward
Your role is to increase the number of QLOCs per market and improve revenue per practitioner.
3. Partnership Retention
- Maintain consistent communication
- Reinforce trust and clarity
- Increase referral consistency
- Protect long term practitioner relationships
What Success Looks Like
- Practitioner referrals become a predictable revenue driver
- Local markets show sustained referral growth
- High converting practitioner profiles are clearly defined
- Relationships operate without founder dependency
Who You Are
You have likely been:
- A pharmaceutical representative
- A medical device territory manager
- A healthcare business development leader
- A practice development representative
You understand how to:
- Navigate clinical environments
- Build trust with physicians and clinic owners
- Manage a territory strategically
- Balance urgency with credibility
Experience with functional medicine, integrative medicine, naturopathic care, Lyme focused practices, or pediatric specialty clinics is strongly preferred.
You are:
- Execution focused
- Revenue accountable
- Comfortable with in person meetings
- Disciplined with follow up
- Motivated by building something that scales
You push for growth.

Compensation
- Base salary
- Commission tied directly to revenue generated from practitioner relationships you open or manage
- Strong upside for high performers
- OTE $110-$160k
